Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return package via a trackable shipping method to our fulfillment center address provided during the initiation step.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
